Nothing. The pages carry no forms, no search fields, no sign-ups and no buttons that send anything. There are no analytics, no pixels and no third-party services loaded from elsewhere: the typefaces and scripts sit on the same server as the pages.
The only point of contact is the email address. If you write, I handle what you put in the message — name, address, content — for the sole purpose of answering you. The lawful basis is the legitimate interest in following up a request you made yourself.
I keep correspondence for as long as the conversation and any duties arising from it require. I do not use it to send you anything else and I do not pass it on for commercial purposes.
The provider hosting these pages records requests in its own technical logs — IP address, date, page requested — for security and diagnostics. That processing is theirs, necessary to run the server, and the logs are kept for the period set by their policies.
You can ask what data I hold, have it corrected or erased, restrict its use, receive it in a readable format, or object to the processing. One email to hello@caia.consulting is enough.
If you believe something is wrong, you can complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
I do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area, and I make no automated decisions or profiling about you.
